Noticing Nature Walk - The British (The Globe) - April 21st

Join us for a gentle guided walk around The British and surrounding landscapes, taking in the sights, sounds and textures of nature around us.

Contact with nature has been proven to be beneficial both physically and psychologically for a wide range of people, particularly for those experiencing chronic mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression.
